sure, several i can think of...

  1. paid good money for FD...
  2. FD is already set up and has been operational for years...
  3. FD works and works properly...
  4. FD is a known quantity, other stuff isn't...
  5. comfort level...
  6. knowledge level...
  7. functionality...
  8. efficient size compared to other mailers...

how's that? they're right off the top of my head... given a bit more time,
i'm sure i could round out with another four and make it an even dozen
reasons...
