Ok, I've compiled my own version of zip201, as a precursor to debugging it,
and I am unable to reproduce an error, despite something like 10 hours of
testing so far.  I don't even know what compiler was used to produce the
official ZIP201X2 archive I've been using up till now. Anyway, it's looking
more like a dormant zip bug now.  But I've looked at the code, and nothing
obvious stands about, but there's plenty of room for wild pointers.  BFN.
