I'm used to more heat than that by this season. Sasebo on the web looks
cooler ¨than it is, because the weather station is up on the mountain
whereas I live ¨20km from that and down at the waterfront (duh!). You've
heard about San ¨Francisco perhaps where they have wild variations in
temps? Sasebo is ¨naturally much like that. I'm on the 'hot side' of it.
Right now out my ¨window (sheltered from direct sun) it's 33C (91F or near
it for the C ¨challanged).

Thats a nice temp for this time of the year and good shopping weather
(Shopping ¨here is on foot, about 2 miles walk each way). Mixed blue sky
and clouds. ¨It's what we call 1/2 bottle weather, meaning 1 bottle of
water per hour shared ¨by me and Charlotte. It will hit as high as 3
bottle inwhich case we start ¨packing 1 frozen bottle for each of us in the
pull cart we use shopping. (We ¨save the plastic bottles, refill, and
freeze solid then bring them with us ¨while buying the rest along the way
at the extremely numerous machines).

I might go out later. We are out of Kangkoon (variations in spelling for
that ¨here in Asia but it's a green veggie related to spinach with a hollow
stem) and ¨Charlotte and I both have a 'spinach yen' just now.
