A fair warning about Virtualbox: I had problems with OS/2 under it.  OS/2
uses some archaic and not-fully-documented system calls when it boots and
from what I understand, VB doesn't emulate them very well or at all.

The best one I had was Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 but that's because the
original authors of Virtual PC wrote it originally under OS/2. :)
