I would doubt any Internet Service Provider would be willing to provide you 
with 6Mbps connections for $15 a month, considering that 1.54Mbps feeds to 
them cost between $1500 and $3000 a month *excluding* hardware costs, such as 
the T1 line and T1 adapters at each end.
