It seems the key is born after 1970. There is too many problems in the US with
identity fraud. They use the birthday and name to get ID then get other ID then
credits. (it is alittle more difficult than that, but I would not want anyone's
birthday on a website who is alive. Especially since many places use the mothers
maiden name as an identifier. I would do this even if I found the info myself.

 remember this is just my opinion
