-> I'm observing what I've seen on the newsstand, albeit a few
 -> months ago.

 TW> That could have been a News Stand special Issue. I have seen that
 TW> from Other Magazines.

	Not a special issue, been the case with each issue of _Computer
Shopper_ I've seen over the past year or two.

 -> TW> recieving Time magazine for 7 months as the result of one of them
 ->  TW> Very Recently disappearing.

 ->  Which one was that?
 -> One would like to have at least one or two computer magazines
 -> out there that are not part of the Ziff-Davis empire.

 TW> Actualy it was related to a LInux Magazine that used to come with a
 TW> CD. It was every other month as I recall. It was replaced by Wired
 TW> Magazine I believe and then they went under and my subscription was
 TW> filled out by Time Magazine.

	_Wired_ is still being published on dead trees (saw it mentioned
in another post in another echo). I can personally vouch for their
web site being still up a couple of days ago. Perhaps there was some
disagreement between the magazine and the subscription company you use?

 -> TW> I mostly enjoy PC World and Computer Shopper. Computer Shopper orr
 -> TW> the Ads, Which are less and less as the magazine shrinks. And I find
 -> TW> the Comparisions in Computer World quite informantiave..

 -> Is Computer World a separate magazine or did you mean PC World
 -> or Computer Shopper?

 TW> you are right that ws supposed to read Computer Wrold.
 TW> And I am not sure of their Health wither as I jsut got a 2 for 1
 TW> Offer. Renew ytuor Subscription One year early and get a FREE one
 TW> year subscription for a Friend.
 TW> That is a fairly Sure sign the the Magazine is in Trouble and is
 TW> desperatly scratching for Subscribers.

	A tip to remember for writers.
