No Gert, this is exactly what I said it is.  It is an updated version of
Digikam that is included on all Linux Distributions.  People get this file
with their various package managers like apt-get, portage, etc.  It resides
on various repositories.

The author has also just released a Windows Version, but this is NOT
something for LNX4APPS. If anything, it belongs in WIN_FDN.  I will not
hatch it there most likely though because of the damn size of the file!
