Correct.  The minute we ask the rest for a specific, we cant get one.  It's
¨easier though to blame the small number of us and 'want action' than it is
to ¨really look at it and see that there isnt anything we can act on.

The people there may be frustrated, but they are also responsible for most
of ¨their frustration.
