subject: Frame window size

I need to determine the frame window size to be able to display
text using a fixed set of columns and rows (arrangement similar
to DOS's 80x25 text mode), using a non-proportional image font.
I know I need to also find the size of the title-bar window,
and add it into the frame window size. Simple stated, I need
to find a size for the frame window in order to perfectly
show a grid of text.
I used WinSetPresParam with PP_FONTNAMESIZE parameter to switch
to the System Monospaced font, avoiding the more complicated GPIQueryFont
method.
