That is interesting.   I have found that large files seem to take
longer to download under IE than they do under Netscape.  This is from
the same URL, same ISP, same system, same modem and same dialer.  I
have had this same feeling with both the IE that comes with Win95 and
IE 4.01 that was downloaded from MS.
I have not physically timed them but just got that impression compared
to both Netsacape 3.0 and 4.0.  Obviously I have not compared them in
OS/2.
