You'll want to stick with fixed fonts for starters - an ansi screen will turn 
to mush with proportional fonts. A good one to look at is Terminal, since it 
contains much of the extended character set, but I don't know that it's 
included with Windows - you may need to include a licensed or public domain 
version of the font with your package.
As for interpreting ANSI commands, you're looking at a *lot* of effort. You 
may be able to save yourself the trouble by finding a component that already 
includes this functionality.
