For the most part here I haven't seen much surly.  Maybe it went out with
the Russians.    Had a good view of a bunch of the old oil city
the other
day from the Admiral's office.  Need to get up on the big hill to take a
good look.  Really interesting place.  More and more sure every day that I
made the correct choice over Moscow to come here.   Had a get together with
a bunch of the JO's tonight.  Good time.

One of the things that impresses the most here is how much of a mess the
Russians left.  Those oil fields they were taking from are unreal.  Not
sure there is enough money in the world to clean it up.
