Oppenheimer? Einstein? oh you mean Khan.....problem is that the tech etc is
no just so old that frankly almost any country could become a nuke power.
2 things have really change & a 3'rd is on it's way
1) Computer controlled machine tools are now not just "here" but
increasingly the norm.
2) Materials science has improved & now what was "exotic &
hard to work" is now found all over the place (e.g. look at what leaks
out of a dead pc in a landfill).
The 3'rd thing is "greenhouse gas emission" where nuke power
stations don't give off co2 or methane & are thus going to become more
popular.
