What wave of corporate fraud?  There were less than 10?

10 isn't a wave, its a ripple at best.

Lay was also found guilty on 6 counts of bank fraud today in a separate trial.

At 63, his life will be more ruined and he will serve more time in jail
than the average murderer and armed robber.

I don't know if these guys are guilty or not, but the court definitely
screwed them over in the jury instructions, and they may win an appeal and
new trial as a result.  The prosecution also did many things that seem of
questionable ethics in an attempt to silence all possible defense
witnesses.

I don't think they got as fair a trial as the average murderer or armed
robber gets in terms of public perception, judge, and prosecution tactics.
On the other hand they had a lot better defense team than the average
murderer or armed robber.
