Why not? Say that we have policy that every season we take some beans out of
the big bucket and plant them, and use the rest of the beans for food.
Let's say that also we have two groups of farmers, one supplied with a
scoop, the other supplied with a sieve.
Now we have two evolutionary processes set up.
(You could object that this is not Natural Selection because human agency is
involved, is this your objection?)
