DH> MS> SCHOOL UNIFORMS? DO THEY INCLUDE YOUR KID'S HAIR?

The police chief in Ryan's town says there is _no_ use of hair as gang
insignia locally there.
DH> When does individuality and personal/cultural expression become

If the school wanted to ban long hair in shop or home ec class, I'd have
no problem (safety reasons).
DH> Hehehe, I had to chuckle reading your message about the

People _choose_ to enlist in the Air Force, join the Boy Scouts, etc.
Children are _forced_ to attend school. That's the difference.
