That's not completely true. An intelligent preprocessor will put ``#line''
directives into the preprocessed code. Try to find out whether your
preprocessor has an option to produce them, it really helps. Especially if
one makes an error in a large piece of 'pure' C or C++. If one corrects the
error in the preprocessed .c or .cpp file, the error will show up again as
soon as one changes the .sql file. Been there, done that. :-(
