Air New Zealand are introducing a new 2-hop route to the UK, using Hong
Kong as the stopover instead of LAX. This is in response to travellers'
complaints about increased hassles and delays when transiting via LAX. (You
aren't entering the USA, you spend the stopover locked in a transit lounge,
why do you have to pass though US immigration?)
