You should know, also, all Ward said about the goals is his private
opinion. The real idea is not to force new P on everybody against
his will, but make it just possible (last Policy change referenda failed
because of a quorum lack). There was not (in that project) anything
horrible Ward said, nevertheless referenda failed. Because lawmaking fido
body is already half-dead. Do you really think this makes something good
for fidonet ?
