Without a doubt : IBM C Set ++ for OS/2. The latest release is 2.1, though
I'm only using version 2.0, which is fine since IBM is still releasing all
CSDs for it. A 3.0 version is due in a few months;
As for the book : OS/2 C++ Class Library, edited by VNR.
