From the Z2 list (and probably also in the Nodelist (day 219), but I don't
have that one yet).

And due to a "mistake" region28 is not there.

So if you use the nodelist to connect to systems in region28 or region29,
please add it manually in your configs (or just wait a week, then region28
should be back).
