Perhaps it is in the interest of those who do demolition to publicize
how really difficult their job is? Remember the axiom: it is much easier
to destroy than to build. If you recall, there have been a few rare
incidents around the world of buildings that would collapse one or more
floors in a perfect pancake style. In severe earthquakes this type of
damage is more common. Don't you remember the California quake where the
dual overhead highways collapsed on one another?

instead of speculating on demolition and civil engineering, huh?!
