If you have an account on the IBM Device Driver Support Center BBS,
"The DUDE," (407)982-3217, download RMBASE.ZIP. If you do not
have an account, you need to set one up. THIS BBS IS ONLY FOR DEVICE
DRIVER WRITERS.

Inside RMBASE.ZIP is a single file, RMBASE.INF. Access this with, of
course, the standard OS/2 VIEW tool. Pick the RMBASE.H item from the table
of contents, and then request Service/Copy to File from VIEW. This will
write a file named TEXT.TMP into your current directory which should be
renamed to RMBASE.H. The rest of RMBASE.INF is documentation.
