What sort of hassles are you experiencing entering the US for business?

I currently have a L1-B visa courtesy of my employer, so I guess I'm not
experiencing what non-visa holders are. Mind you my visa-less spouse enters
the US for weekend visits 2-3 times a  month (clears immigration in
Toronto) and she's experienced nothing out of the ordinary.

I flew direct from Heathrow to JFK last December, and the entry experience
was no different than pre-clearing US immgration in Toronto. that is to say
quick and easy.
