   Zebra DANIOS yes, there are other fish called Zebras too,
   but if their Danios, yup, nippers.
   They are community fish, put with right "other" fish ;-)
   just that Bettas  and Danios are not right  for each.
   Did you tell the store you were going put em in with BETTAS? If so,
   take the danios  back and exchange for other fish, or refund,
   since  it is well known bettas and  those that are apt to nip
   don't go together.
   If you didn't tell em, too bad, a respectable and knowledgable store
   would have told you that Danios might nip the Bettas fins.
