I was very confused in the beginning too. I thought it didn't matter
if I compiled with the static multithreaded library DDE4MBSI.LIB.
In fact as a european(Not english) I thought that the C Runtime library was
the same as dynamic linking to the CSet++ runtime library.
But look at page 180-181 in the 'C/C++ Tools Version 2.0 programming
Guide'. The section 'Thread Control' explains why you should use
_beginthread.
Another way is to use the C++ UICL and the IThread Class.
