If I don't reply in a reasonable timeframe, bug me.  I've checked
EMXLIB.DOC, which doesn't mark spawn() as posix or unix, but that's not the
definitive answer.  Also, it is my impression that spawn is not in posix,
only fork() and exec().  But the definitive answer is on my desk at work.
