I am knowingly not implementing SOT/EOT, so I am not violating the above
specification.  This thread was referring to a sysop who was proposing for
his system to generate SOT/EOT but needed to tell his editor to generate a
valid origin line address before he could conform to the spec.  Zzzzzzzz.
