Need has nothing to do with it.  I say baby that buggy. Give it anything to 
make it last forever.
I own a rusting hulk (1977 Ford PU) that I use to plow my parking lots. It is 
a piece of junk but because I use premium gas, it starts everytime. I bought 
it in 1981 and have never done anything to the engine. Not even plugs.

Nothing clogs up an engine faster.
