OS/2 should run on the Compaq Proliant however when you move from desktop to
servers, often many components will be proprietry, meaning you can only buy the
relacement part for a broken part from the Manufacturer, in this case Compaq - or
(if you're lucky), now HP Compaq. Replacment parts WILL be expensive, unless you
can find them second hand at a computer market somewhere.
