Yesterday, I was reminded by a politician from New England that the
office of the Independent Counsel was largely re-founded by the Democrats.
        The Klintonische Admin  has been on the attack against this office 
or
quite a while now.  A democrat comes out of the wood work more often now to
try to discredit Mr. Starr.  The latest assinine acid attack by El Carvelle
Loco only serves to enfuriate any one with a peaceful mind and any level of
love for our country.
        But, as the mand said yesterday, the Office of Special Prosecutor was
re-instated by the House and Senate in 1994 and was signed into law by his
`Dufusness', Die Democratische Fuhrer pferden asche, Herr Tsvilly Von
Klintonski!
        Now, as it is, the office was given authority which is not subject to
the Dept of Justice.  The office has subpoena powers, all the powers of a
sitting judge and court, plus authority to impanel Grand Juries, grant
immunities, prosecute and imprison like a real judge in a court room.  This
plus other powers to keep the office independent.  The office was givenall
this power by the administration and Starr can call all those people flinging
flack into court and chuck their bunns in prison until further notice.
        IMHO, Mr. Starr has been very genteel toward the administration

re-established his office.  I have reason to believ Starr could well be a
godly person.  If this is so, perhaps we could all pray that the most high
should install a bit of the bull dog and scorpion into Starr.
        With all the crimes this charleton in the White House has committed,
Mr Starr should have started prosecuting long ago.  There is no statute of
limitations covering many of his crimes.  Perhaps, Starr would do well to
follow the paper trail to organized crime.  But, that might get El Poll Loco
in deep trouble with even meaner people.
