That's the Smoke and Mirrors used to invalidate your attempts at change.  

By making the mark impossible to meet allows those in power to 
claim that "democracy works" in FIDO.  

That they use the masses, ng Rusian nodes, as part of their majority 
claim for dominance of their mandate is nothing less than hypocritcal.  

Think about it...  One Z6 node's input delayed, if not completely 
quashed, the merger of Z6 into Z3.  Now, just how many nodes do 
you have that want a Zone 7?
