I'll give it a go, but I can tell you now what will happen... I'll
stuff it up. And if you think I'll be awake at 11PM so you can watch
it, you're dreaming. I'll freq it now... as soon as bloody Mum gets
off the phone.
... how about that? I didn't fuck it up.
At 0943 hours (Friday) I set it up 2400/no-EC in the modem and 2400
in Telix too... and I got lots of errors. I then tried it again with
Telix at 19200 in case it was silly Windows, but it was the same.
This is the result of all those errors:
8912 Data subpacket too long
15616 " "
22528
18440
36864 Bad data dubpacket
43776 Bad CRC
51200
58624
66048
72960 " "
79872
87296
94720
102144 Bad CRC
I aborted the second run as soon as the errors began. The spacing is
consistently the same two numbers 7424 bytes (7168 + 256) and 6912.
God only knows that that means, but I don't think it's me, Paul.
And 2400 is so SLOWWWWWW! Why don't you tell whoever it is to buy a
cheap 14400 internal?
Regards,
Bob
