-> of us were hit very bad. Manteca, Modesto and Tracy was hit very
-> bad, all south of us. We even had some flooding to the east and west

ME> WOW! You've got patience for this. My wife is home school out
ME> six year old who is currently towards the end of the second grade.
ME> Motivation seems to be hard right now to get her, Katie, to do her
ME> work. My also takes her to a a cyber school twice a week to a city
ME> called Lynnwood which is half way between us and Seattle (a 30+ mile
ME> one way trip). I'm not sure if will home school our second child,
ME> Josef, because he requires more patience because he has ADHD and is
ME> approx. 1.5 year behind where he should be (developmentally). Our
ME> third and last kid, Ian, attends a special school for two-three year
ME> olds to make sure that he doesn't get behind and that he gets help with
ME> his coordination problem. Luckily Katie's and Ian's school are only
ME> two miles apart and can be arranged so that she does them on the same
ME> days. If my wife can keep it up, I suppose she'll try to home school
ME> all three kids.

I bought a tower and components for a computer last Sunday and have had
my hands full. I built it from scratch (components etc). When I
installed the new hardrive I zipped my mail. If I have already posted
to you, you have another post. If I have not, you have another one
coming. I usually try to answer my mail right away. This week was an
exception.
Post me and let me know if I responded to this post or not. My struggle
with the computer is over and was a great success. It took me 4 days
all total to build the computer, install programs and configure the
system. Not bad for the first time. :)
