AFAICT, ¨Ward's been straight up on what he's been saying unless i missed
something. I ¨dont think I have, but I'm human. Janis, Russell, Malcolm,
or Renato ¨can corrdct me if I missed something and pretty sure they all
have this echo ¨turned on.

It was low turnout. However, no matter how low, all reports of it were
passed ¨to the ZCC echo as best as possible. The initial one by Ward who
forwarded ¨what he had, and a later one that matched but was a bit more
specific. Both ¨were the same as posted here in the IC echo.
I may be wrong here, (can go back and check) but I think Renato was the
first ¨one to say it was just too small of a number based on the size of
R50. The ¨'referendum' was as widely sent as they could, with reasonable
expectation that ¨all in R50 and those 2 other regions we'd nominally call
'Russian speaking' had ¨it in their netmail as well as sysop echos multiple
times. Not ONE R50 sysop ¨has denied this. So, tell me why a paultry 15%
replied with something like 8% ¨wanting a change and 7% bothering to say
'no thanks'?
I cantr imagine anything worse, than splintering the Russian sysops against
¨their will. Let *them* decide this.
