Two reasons:
1) It is not a bother since I wanted to gauge interest in Extended Pascal.
2) I have received email from an Internet crowd with a shared interest in
Extended Pascal and Objects programming.
I will put the file up on a PDN area next month. I heard there may be an
area devoted to Standards. I have only heard from two FIDO users wanting it
via FIDO. But it has been less than a week. For your information, thirty
people in five days have asked for the document.
