I am currently using Tobruk 0.50 alpha at 3:711/934.  Also I am using my
own outbound mail archiver.  In brief, what this means is that I am no
longer reliant on squish to do anything important.  I don't even need it to
do remaps anymore, as I have built that into Tobruk.  I have been checking
the outgoing packets manually.  I ran Tobruk 0.50 at 3:711/934.9 first,
without any problem.  I am hoping to get this out soon, so that I have Hub
capabilities, so can possibly be the main Net 711 feed (basically so that I
don't lose the echo capability that I currently enjoy by feeding directly
from the source of the Nile).
