I have the same problem but he is my Guru and he says
I dont have to  do anything I dont want to.
Now if you have someone who is mean,
you might want to go; to a shrink to get
 medicine that cuts the voices down
 unless you are on the spirit path and
pretty experienced at this sort of thing
it is better just to turn it off, and resign
  your self to Gods mercy and wait for
the right Teacher, I do not know you
 but God loves everone so, maybe 
you are just open early and should 
interest yourself in up standing spiritual
teacher, Look up Star Fire and Ingo Swann
and Carlos Castaneda can all help
by reading their materials and showing
 you the pain they went through
on attaining their latent physic powers
which is not fun, by the way,
and you decide from their. On this 
path it is very difficult because your
reality does reform over and over again
and it is not a party to wake up and 
feel a bit mushy in your mind, so make
sure you are in a safe place and home
 and then decide what to do from there.
