If you're looking for a Windows 95 compiler, you can get GCC-Win32 from 
Cygnus. I believe there web site is http://www.cygnus.com. You might want to 
do a web search for it.
Other than that, see if you can find Borland 3.1. It's probably Borland's 
best compiler for both Dos and Windows.
