subject: Bionic Basketball Shot Accurizer Finger 08:47:1810/06/97

From what I know, the bionic basketball finger brace was discovered by me,
first, (since all inventions are discoveries by humans) and has been modified
over the last ones, The thumb brace being moved lower, and this may be the
final revision.
The bionic basketball shot accurizer is made with those
Steel grey (tm) brand by Watson gloves.
They're cotton with a rubber waffle coating for extra grip.
You take the gloves, cut off the finger parts and create a three inch
long or so cylinder out of them by cutting off the tips.
Then you fold the cylinder in half so the grippy side is exposed on the
surface, and you have a small 1 inch or so cylinder that is two layers
 thick.
You slip one of these over your thumb, around the most slender part of
the thumb. This prevents the ball from rolling off the thumb, eg.
right hand shot, prevents the ball from veering left. It also gives extra
grip.
(optional) You slip another over the fourth finger next to the pinky.
These two together help give leverage by creating a pocket for the ball,
and helps grip the ball while in the palm.
Now it increases the accuraccy of the shot, since the main concern will be
distance, allows for a higher release point for more arc, etc. Ones with
ess
physical ability than Jordan can now play with him (if he isn't a snob), due
to the modification of the hand, Glen Rice says the release is the most
important part of the shot, many good launchers seem to have either a large
thumb, or index finger almost as long as the middle finger. This brace
compensates.
