Hello All!
Using the latest version of netscape, I find that the scrolling window is 
very jerky.  Specifically, if I press the down arrow using the mouse, the 
screen moved about 15 or 20 lines, then pauses, then moves another 15 or 
twenty and then pauses again.  Each time it's pauses, the system activity 
meter goes through the roof, but once it goes back down, it scrolls again, 
until it happens again.  I've tried increasing the memory in the network 
preference to 800k and to 1200 k, and still no luck.  Are others having the 
same problem?
