   To my knowledge,the current Husky Debian maintainer has not yet
submitted the Husky packages to either Debian or Ubuntu, so they are not
availalble in the main repository for either.  I've started a repository
myself but as I haven't done any packaging for Debian Etch (v4.0) yet,
all I have available are older packages that had been created for Debian
Sarge.   I don't have a Ubuntu related repository yet, because I don't yet
have a Ubuntu system available to create those packages either...

   This is what I have in /etc/sources.list on the Debian Sarge system
for Husky:

deb http://ftn.rocasa.us/debian sarge main
