Kevin,
I have 1.7 installed and in the lotus\acroread directory I have a file
APRBOOK.PDF that appears to be what you want. I just did a quick
campare of the contents pages of the pdf file and the yellow approach
manual I have and they look the same. If you can't find the hard cover
manual maybe this will do.
