 Just. Low res, smaller virtual screen. The gunshot appears about 
 1/2 second after the sound effect. Somewhat disconcerting.

 Get the best PC you can afford, double that & take out a loan. 
 For as sure as heck, unless you use for business or need it for 
 employment, after you get hitched, it'll be like getting blood 
 from a stone to get anything better.
 
 Unless you have a very understanding partner, or are rolling in 
 filthy lucre.
