Not a hell of alot, not that I currently have a list of the few things that, 
could do with a little, tweaking here and there, the ZMH thing for instance.

Well, the ZMH thing for one, my suggestion is make ZMH = UTC, and then have a 
set of nodelist flags, which denote x-hrs+/- from UTC for correct time zone, 
for nodes location, dependant on londitudinal location ... ,

Easy enough to fix, a lot of people use it as an argument for "change" but 
nobody wants to "bite" on any of the possibilities offered them. But bitch 
they will ... so nobody gets helped at all ...

Seems a FidoNet ailment ...
