It's like Packard Bell, for the most part the only proprietary thing is the motherboard. Actually I believe they are one and the same only retagged as I opened a P.B. monitor and it was IDENTICAL on the inside. The NEC seems to share Packard Bell's proprietary motherboard form factor though I've not actually measured it.
