Hope your weekend was good, we still need to hook up..
About that strap mount problem, try this trick..
Fill the hole with something like a "liquid Nails, or an Elmers gue, (I 
prefer the L-Nails) then take a toothpick, insert it into the hole as far as 
it will go, snip it off flush to the body,
Wipe off the excess glue, and then screw the strap button back in.
This is an old trick that the reapair places do, and I have done to damn near 
all my guitars, works great !!
BTW, got my Bassman retubes, and biaes this weekend, as well as two speakers 
in my cab re-coned..
Screams !!!!   Whew- Eee !!!
