   That's a 25 gal tank..   at 8+ lbs/gal,  you don't want to 
   move the tank with even 10 gals of water as it could stress
   the joints (as well as you).
  
    You can easily change 25% water.   Or up to 75% if you
    have healthy fish. Add Amquel or such. 
     Be sure to equalize temperature, and spray the water to 
     eliminate air bubbles  (air bubbles getting on fish's gills
     can 'drown" them)

   Better would be:
   Go to Home Depot and buy 3 or 4  five gal buckets and
    move your fish and water in those,  move your tank with
   no more than about 2 -3 gals.    (Target's or Kmart's have
    lots of plastic containers that you can use later)
