Saddam) had not attacked anyone. Is 11 years some magical number that is
exactly when it is too long? The inspections were still going on, and IMO
when dealing with whole countries and all, 11 years is not such a long
time.

In addition, I personally believe that this whole mess would have been over
a long time ago had the US helped the UN during those 11 years. But it
didn't, quite the opposite, and that sucks.
